Alcohol Confirm setup

Create a new option called ‘Age Confirmation’, select the option for Required

Create one choice called ‘Confirmed over 21 Years Old’. 

    The point is to make it not selected be default, so the order taker (or online) must manually click that choice.

    Thus confirming that they are over 21.

Then add this option choice to all alcoholic beverages.

This will also print on the receipt as an option on the Line Item with the text you use for the Choice name, thus documenting the confirmation, as well as reminding the driver/cashier to check the age of whomever takes the order.

It is the responsibility of the person taking the order, and the delivery drivers to confirm the age and ask for the correct ID.
