When switching to Touchpoint's Gift Cards and Loyalty program, we have the ability to transfer existing points and balances from the old system.
There are a few ways this can be done, and they are listed below:
1. Gift Card import using a new QR code from a touchpoint card.
2. Importing Loyalty points using a phone number
3. Importing both Loyalty Points and Gift Card balances using a Phone Number

4. Importing both Loyalty Points and Gift Card balances to a Phone Number and a QR Code.
Once the importing is complete the customers will have access to a portal which can have a virtual QR code, as well as show balances of Gift Cards and Loyalty Points.
