Card Connect Troubleshooting

If you are having issues with the Card Connect terminals accepting payments, there are a few steps you can take.


1) Check https://status.cardconnect.com/ for any major issues


2) Reboot CardPointe Integrated Terminal (formerly known as bolt devices) 

        The process for this would have been included with the devices from Card Connect.


3) Try Zero Contact SMS or QR payment (doesn't require bolt, but does rely on gateway)


If none of those options show the issue or work please reach out to us ASAP and we can continue troubleshooting.
