Sync - Stalled/Failed

Where the sync has not worked, those stores can pull the sync down by following these steps:

Login to Web Admin for their store, then navigate to Backoffice > Franchise > Sync 

 Click on the Sync button, and wait for the process to complete.


Once complete all data should be the same between HQ and the Store
