To integrate with Restaurant365 you would simply need to create an API Key for each location, and provide that to R365 to use for pulling data.
To create this API Key, you would login to each store, then go into "API" -> "Touchpoint External API". Enter a name for the API Key (R365 data, Reporting, anything you want) and then select the Reporting option only in the check boxes.
Once that is done, hit the Issue button and it will generate and show you API Keys.
Then, send those off to Restaurant 365 and they will request any further data needed.
