1) The intraday snapshot reports can not be added to get a daily total, because snapshots don't include in-process orders.

2)  If you want to look at all the sales for the day, a report from say, 4:30AM to 11:30 PM with no in-progress orders should match the web admin sales report page.

Why

The email report runs exactly at the end time.  Any in-progress orders (orders on the Kitchen Dispaly Screen) are not completed yet so they're not in the stats at the moment the snapshot email report is run.  In-process orders cannot be included in the sales report, because those orders might be end up being canceled or failed to pay.  But after those orders are paid and delivered to customer (or cancelled), the stats will be accounted to start time of the order.

Summary:

- Do not try to add up intraday snapshots to get a daily total. Use the intra-day snapshots as a directional indicator.

- For full-day accuracy, set up a full-day range that finishes when there are no in-progress orders.

- And remember to have staff close the stand with no in-progress orders.
