With online orders there is a default time set for an order to show up on the KDS screen to be made. This is done with enough time to make the item and then have it ready for when the customer arrives.


If the timing is not suitable for the location and they wish to increase or decrease the time from display to customer arriving it can be done in Web Admin.


1. Login to Web Admin, and choose the location you wish to adjust this time on

2. Select Food and Drinks from the left hand menu

3. Click on Prep Times, this will display the Deferred Order Minimum Time on the right hand side

4. Adjust the time (In Seconds) on this field, and then hit the save button.



Once this has been completed you can perform a test order by going into the online menu, choosing an item and confirming when it shows on the KDS vs the Order completion time.
