This article will show you the process of redirecting standard receipt printers and the sticker printers if in place. 


The first redirection we will look into doing is receipt printers. 

This is done on the registers themselves. 


1. Log into Web Admin

2. Go to Operations -> Equipment -> Registers

3. Click edit beside the register with the non functioning printer

4. Select the drop down menu beside printer, and choose the one you wish print jobs to go to

5. Click on save.



Now we will look at changing the sticker printers.


First we will look at changing which printer is setup for the default sticker printer



1. Log into Web Admin

2. Go to Operations -> Prep Stations -> Current Stations

3. Click edit beside the location you want to set the printer.

4. Choose the printer, and the sticker printer option from the drop downs

5. Once the printers are set then the Auto Print field needs to be set. This is what configures the stickers to print out on orders. There are options for local and mobile orders, and when to print (When ordered, or when marked ready)

6. Hit save, then close out



Now we can look into changing what sticker printer is assigned to what KDS screen if rerouting is needed there as well.


1. Go into Operations -> Equipment -> Devices


2. Hit the edit button beside the device that needs routing.


3. Under the Sticker Printing section make sure its set to active, and set the correct printer for stickers.

4. Hit save and then repeat these steps as needed for any other device. 


After any changes are made, test the settings after restarting the app on the iPads.
