If you are going to be closed for a day, a week, or longer than that, please follow the next few steps to ensure no mobile or online orders come in.


First thing to check
Go into Web Admin, Operations and look for the Hours menu item. If it isn’t present, then Support needs to be contacted to enable this. Without this enabled you will not be able to close the store to online/mobile orders.

After it is enabled you should now see the Hours option under Operations:



From the Hours, Holidays/Special Events page you would click on the calendar button on the right, then click on the date you are going to be closed.


Click off to the side of the calendar on nothing to close the calendar.


Now we can enter in the message that will be displayed.



We can click on the Add button beside the date selected and you will see an entry below for that day.


Ensure that the date is correct on the entry at the bottom and you are done! Now the store will be closed to online and mobile ordering for that day, repeat this process for multiple days as necessary.
