To get a new API key for Touchpoint software you just need to follow these steps.


1. Login to Web Admin, then select your store. 

2. Navigate to API -> Touchpoint External API 

3. Enter in a name for the API Key (Can be any name, but choosing one that you will understand what it is for is ideal)



ex: Enter the store name for the key, plus the company that will be using it.


4. Hit the Issue button, the provide the details to the company you are working with
