Removing QR Codes from Loyalty Account

In the event that a customer needs a QR code removed from their loyalty account, you can follow these steps to get this completed. 


This will remove all QR Codes associated with the account, which means if they have some cards they still use they will need to be added back onto their account after this process.


1. Login to the customers loyalty account



2. Hit the Account button at the top and enter in your employee code.


3. After you hit Login, at the bottom will be an option to "Swipe to Delete all QR Reward Cards from account" 


4. Place your finger on the word "delete" and swipe it to the left. This will complete the deletion of any QR Codes on the account.


5. Once done you will get a confirmation message that they have been removed.


At this point you would need to scan any cards they want added back onto the account.
