For in-store BOGO discount - do this at HQ level of Web Admin

  1. Discounts & Upsell > Item Discounts >  Add Discount

  2. Name appears on POS, Order, Receipt; Description is just for internal identification

  3. Check Active and Show on Register

  4. Optional: Coupon Code - add this to use Coupon Code in desktop-scale online store (not advised for mobile-scale use of online store)

  5. Select appropriate Code

  1. Type = Percent

  2. Amount = 1000

  3. Required Item Count = 2

  4. Redemptions = business decision to limit or not

[Click Add Discount and then the Edit Item Discount window opens up] 

  1. Optional: Selection of date and time range

  1. Click Add/Update Items. Skipping this step will make the discount apply to all items.

  1. Select all the items you want the BOGO to apply to.

  2. Click Add.

 

  1. Once you click Add, the discount window will refresh and items should appear as below. Then click Save.

  1. Sync to lab to test - add two of the required items and apply item discount

  2. Once verified Sync to All Stores - remember, you need to add 2 of the item to an order and then tap on one item to see the discount. Then select the discount and it will apply to the items.
