Local Cloud is offline

The Touchpoint Hardware is powered on, there is a steady green power light on the front of the LC but it's offline. If you can hear "Bach" the LC is most likely ok and there is a problem with the network. If the LC does not play Bach, it might be broken. Before coming to the final conclusion that it's broken, thus needs to be replaced, check the network!


Possible issues might come from lose or damaged ethernet cables, the main router, any modems or switches that are set up between the main router and the LC, broken NIC on the LC.




Router, modem (optional) and LC seem to be ok. Check ethernet cables and NIC on LC.
