Delivery Promise Time Setting

If you notice that the order type (Delivery, Pickup, Etc) is not showing on your KDS, this can be a result of not having a pickup and delivery time set. Below are the instructions for getting this done.


Setting the Delivery Promise Time in Web Admin


1. Login to Web Admin

2. Select Operations, then Touchpoint PRO

3. Go into POS Settings, then Pickup Promise Time

4. Promise time entered is the minutes required.

5. Hit save at the bottom.



Setting the Delivery Promise Time in TP PRO App


1. Go into the Hamburger menu in the top left

2. Select Team Tools

3. Choose the appropriate time for Pickup and Delivery

    a. If there is no option for time then enter in Web Admin

4. Hit Save
