KDS - Item missing from Order

If an item has just recently been added to the system and it is not showing up on the KDS there are a few spots to check.


1. Login to Web Admin -> Choose a store (If applicable) -> Food & Drinks -> Items & Options.

2. Select Edit on the item you just entered

3. Look for the Prep Station section on the item, make sure its assigned correctly or set to None. 

* Prep Stations are created under Operations -> Prep Stations.


4. Now grab the iPad setup as a KDS system, in the top left hit the hamburger menu


5. Here we want to go to Station Data -> Exclude Prep Stations if there is a mark beside the prep station assigned to the item, they will not show on this KDS. 


If there are no marks and the item Prep Station setting is None, then please reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting.
