Fresh Installation of TouchpointPRO

Need to install TouchpointPRO on an iPad for the first time? Did you delete the app and need to reinstall it? 


Follow these simple steps to get your TPPRO app up and running. 


1. Navigate to 10.0.0.1 in Safari on the iPad that you need to install TPPRO on. 



2. Once the page loads, hit Install and then wait for the app install to complete


3. Tap to confirm the install, and the app will start downloading. Go to the homescreen of the iPad while the app is downloading.


4. Once downloaded, you'll need to trust the Enterprise App. To do this, Open "Settings" on the iPad, and navigate to "General" and then "VPN & Device Management" to trust Touchpoint.






5. Once the download is complete and the app has been trusted, please reboot the iPad to complete your installation of TouchpointPRO.
