Mobile App - Menu Still Loading

When ordering in the mobile app, you may run into an error after trying to add an item to the cart that says:


"Menu Still Loading
Please wait a few seconds and try again."


Another error that may show on an app that would require the same fix is 

"Please select a store first to see a menu"


When this comes up the first thing to check is making sure a menu is set to live for this location.


This can be done by following these steps:


1. Login to Web Admin

2. Choose the store that is having this issue

3. Go into Food & Drinks, Menus, Kiosk Menus

4. Select the menu you wish to have active

5. Hit the set live button at the top right


After this is done you would restart the app on the phone and attempt a transaction.
