There are two sets of images you'll need to verify equipment has been installed properly and is ready to use.

The first set of images you'll need are the pictures of the installed hardware itself (A). The second set of images will be using the Touchpoint Diagnostic tool, you'll need to take these with an iPad with TouchpointPRO on it (B).


Below, you'll find example images and description of each of these images.


A. Pictures of the installed hardware:

B. Network Diagnostics:


Grab an iPad and open TouchpointPRO to use the Diagnostics tool to take the following photos. There is no need to login, you can get to the diagnostic page from the login page or from the menu page, as shown below:



On the diagnostics page, click on 'Wi-Fi' to show the Wi-Fi Range Finder:

Walk around with this iPad and take screenshots in the following four places. Make sure to point the camera at the nearest Access Point:

i. The furthest place in the drive thru

ii. Approx 3-5 cars back in lane

iii. Cashier Station (indoors)

iv. KDS station (indoors)

Finally, there are two other diagnostics screenshots needed:

v. Click on 'Diagnostics' to get a screenshot of Overview Screen:



vi. Click on 'WAN speed' to open the speed test. (first image) Then click both 'Test All' buttons and take a screenshot that includes all results (second image).
