When you have run out of an item and need to mark it out of stock, you can follow these steps. This will mark it out of stock on the iPads and on the online ordering.
1. Long press on the item (touch and hold) until a menu comes up
2. Choose Mark Out of Stock
3. When the item is back in stock, follow the same steps to Mark in Stock.
